Although this sign is in a different language we can still see that swimming is not allowed.
This could only mean one thing. McDonalds. Fatty Foods. Greatness.
Green means go in almost all situations, not only driving.
There are no words on this sign but the majority of American drivers, if not all would be able to tell you that this means no parking.
Normally if someone sees another person reading a book they will judge that person to be either smart or a nerd or something along those lines.
